*On flights operated by Air France, KLM, Aircalin, and Delta Air Lines, upgrades can be booked in advance until check-in opens. For all other flights operated by SkyTeam partners you can book upgrades in advance up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

If no upgrade is available online, contact customer service.

At the airport

Request an upgrade at the airport, either at the check-in desk or at the gate.

Yes. Reward tickets can be upgraded after check-in opens, subject to availability.

You will earn Miles only on the part paid in cash. Any part of your travel class upgrade paid with Miles is not eligible for Miles earning.

XP are calculated based on the original travel class booked, not on any travel class upgrades purchased after booking.
